Registration Rates

Private Room Accommodations $1,090 per participant
Includes four nights (December 3 – 7) in private room at Crowne Plaza Fort Magruder, opening dinner and keynote speaker, three-day needlework class and kit, three breakfasts and snacks, Saturday luncheon, and event gifts.

Double Room Accommodations $900* per participant
Includes four nights (December 3 – 7) in double room at Crowne Plaza Fort Magruder, opening dinner and keynote speaker, three-day needlework class and kit, three breakfasts and snacks, Saturday luncheon, and event gifts.
*Double room accommodations apply only when rooming with a Seminar participant. Seminar participants who are bringing non-participant guests should select Private accommodations.

Commuter $660 per participant
Includes opening dinner and keynote speaker, three-day needlework class and kit, three breakfasts and snacks, Saturday luncheon, and event gifts.

Add-On Options

Guest Fee: $150
Available for seminar participants who want to bring a non-participant guest to meals.  included in the standard registration package. Meals include opening dinner banquet, three breakfasts and snacks, and Saturday luncheon.

Additional Room Nights: $115 per room night
Available to seminar guests who wish to extend their stay in Williamsburg.
