What is required to register?
A completed registration form
and a $100 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to register. Half of the balance is due May 1, 2014 with remaining balance being due on October 1, 2014.
When is the full balance due?
The full balance is due October 1, 2014. Any unpaid registration fees after this date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of reservation and all fees paid.
If I am unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances and I have paid the full registration fee, can I receive a refund?
The $100 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any amount paid above the $100 deposit will be 100 percent refundable until October 1, 2014. After this date, 50 percent of any amount paid above deposit will be refunded until November 1, 2014. After November 1, 2014, no refunds will be issued. The refund and cancellation policy is non-negotiable. No exceptions apply.
What is included in the registration fee?
- Four-night hotel accommodations (December 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2014)
- One three-day needlework class and project kit
- Thursday evening banquet dinner
- Saturday luncheon
- Breakfast and snacks (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Event gifts
Can I switch classes if I change my mind?
Switching classes is allowed pending space availability. Send an email to Seminars@Just-CrossStitch.com
or call (260) 301-6500. After October 1, 2014, no changes are accepted.
What room options are available?
Note: Please indicate on your registration form if you have other room requests due to a medical condition.
- Private room (one participant or one participant and non-participant guest)
- Double room (two participants)
- A limited number of rooms with king-size beds are available. Inquire about availability.
I plan to arrive late/leave early. Can I be refunded for the cost of that night's hotel room?
The registration fee is an all-inclusive rate and is based upon the overall cost of the event. Reduction in registration fees cannot be made. However, you may alter the arrival and departure dates to accommodate your schedule. Please indicate dates you will stay on the registration form
I plan to arrive early and leave early (ex: arrive on 12/3/14 and depart on 12/9/14). Can I do this without any penalty or change fees?
Yes. Participants may change their arrival and departure dates. Additional fees will not be applied if you still have a four-night stay. Participants will be charged only for additional nights. Please note any changes on your registration form

Where will the event activities take place?
The opening banquet and all classes will be held at the Fort Magruder Hotel & Conference Center, 6945 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185. The Saturday banquet location is to be determined.
Are there any restaurants close to the hotel?
Williamsburg has a variety of fine restaurants. Reservations are strongly recommended, as this is a very busy time of year for the area. Restaurant listings and information can be found at www.colonialwilliamsburg.com
