A few weeks ago, in the first newsletter, we discussed quick-to-stitch projects. Here are a few quick projects suggested by fellow newsletter readers:
"When my children were in school and I wanted a unique gift for their teacher, I'd do a Hardanger card. The designs were quick and fun, and I'd do different colors than the usual white. They were appreciated as well, and I've given many away over the years." -- Deirdre M.
"My favorite last-minute gift is a sachet made from a small stitching project sewn into a bag and filled with dried lavender. My favorite last-minute Christmas gift is an ornament project from the Just CrossStitch Ornaments Issue." -- Julie B.
"For quick gifts, I like coasters or mug mats, bookmarks and ornaments. The coasters/mug mats are really easy to personalize with an initial or interest of the recipient, and it is a practical gift."-- Helen M.
