We're to the single digits -- in weeks until Christmas! It seems so hard to believe that we're that close, that we have only a few short weeks until all of our hard work culminates into a wonderful time with family and friends celebrating the holidays. Since I know we're all gearing up for holiday gift-giving, I thought we'd take a quick look at the newly released December issue, as well as a few stitching gift ideas for you and your stitching friends. I hope you'll be as excited about these as I am!

Annie's has released a new 56-page book focusing on beautiful holiday cross stitch on perforated paper. The book features 43 festive designs for hearth and home using perforated paper and some simple cross-stitching techniques. While the designs are approachable to beginners, dimensional projects like an angel tree topper and even a gingerbread house make the projects fun for even experienced stitchers. The book features multiple designers, including Just CrossStitch Editor Christy Schmitz, and long-time contributors Sharon Pope and Marie Barber.
